対戦型変則ガンシューティングゲームです。 　画面の照準を操作し、的を撃つ事で相手の耐力を奪います。 　どちらかの耐力が尽きるか、制限時間を超過した時点でステージは終了し、勝敗の判定が下されます。 　ライフストックと耐力をより多く残した側が勝者となり、次のステージに進む事が出来ます。 　全10ステージを勝ち抜く事が出来れば、優勝となります。

This game is a versus fighting type irregular gun shooting. The player deprives the opponent of the vitality in operating aim, and sniping the target in the screen. The vitality of each player is exhausted or the stage ends when the time limit is exceeded, and the judgment of victory or defeat is given. The player that leaves the LIFE STOCK and the vitality more emerges as victor, and it's possible to advance to the following stage. If the player can win 10 all stages, it becomes a victory.

生徒会によって、優秀な人材を確保しようと画策されたHEARTS大会。 　しかし、参加者達の活躍(?)により、その目論見は潰える事となる。 　自分達の勝利を疑わなかった生徒会補佐、岬美咲は屈辱に震えた。 　参加者への雪辱を誓い、廻らされる陰謀…。 　彼女が科学部の部室を訪れた時、悪夢のDREAM DROPS計画は始動した…。 　程無く、嘗ての参加者達の下に再び届いたHEARTSの開催通知。 　夫々の胸中の様々な想いが交錯する中、運命は再び少女達を戦いの舞台へと誘う。 　そして今、幕が開かれる…。
